Reunification. 1. At least 76.2% of children discharged from custody and reunified with their parents or caretakers in the last year shall have been reunified within 12 months of the latest removal from home. 2. At least 30% of children who are discharged from custody and reunified with their parents or caretakers in the last year shall be reunified within 12 months of the latest removal from home. 3. At least 60% of children who are discharged from custody and reunified with their parents or caretakers in the last year shall be reunified within 12 months of the latest removal from home. 4. At least 70% of children who are discharged from custody and reunified with their parents or caretakers in the last year shall be reunified within 12 months of the latest removal from home.
