RETURNS SUBMITTED. The Company has submitted any necessary information, notices, computations, returns, declarations and elections to the relevant Governmental Agency in respect of any Tax or any Duty relating to the Company.
RETURNS SUBMITTED. Each Target Entity and the Seller’s Head Company has submitted any necessary information, notices, computations and returns to the relevant Governmental Agency in respect of any Tax or any Duty relating to the Target Entities.
