Common use of Returns and Reports Clause in Contracts

Returns and Reports. The Plan Administrator shall furnish to the Trustee, and the Trustee shall furnish to the Plan Administrator, such information relevant to the Trust as may be required under the Internal Revenue Code and Regulations and by the Federal Department of Labor. The Trustee shall keep such records and file with the Internal Revenue Service such returns and other information concerning the Trust as may be required of it under the Internal Revenue Code and Regulations issued or forms adopted thereunder.
