Common use of Returning Documents Clause in Contracts

Returning Documents. Each Party agrees that, upon termination of this Agreement, it shall deliver to the other Party (and will not keep in its possession or deliver to anyone else) any and all devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items belonging to such other Party, its successors or assigns.
