Returning Documents Clause Samples

The Returning Documents clause requires a party to return or destroy documents and materials received from the other party, typically upon termination or completion of an agreement. In practice, this means that any confidential information, proprietary data, or physical documents provided during the course of the relationship must be promptly returned or certified as destroyed, often within a specified timeframe. This clause serves to protect sensitive information, ensuring that it is not retained or misused after the business relationship ends.
