Returned Wires. Redemption or dividend funds wired by Northern to -------------- the designated bank account of any unitholder which are returned to Northern will be held by Northern in the Disbursement Account pending further Instructions from Goldman. Northern shall use its best efforts to promptly advise Goldman of the existence of any such returned funds.
