Returned Units Clause Samples
The Returned Units clause defines the terms and conditions under which products or goods that have been previously delivered can be returned by the buyer to the seller. Typically, this clause outlines the acceptable reasons for returns, such as defects or non-conformity with specifications, and may specify procedures for notification, inspection, and the timeframe within which returns must be made. Its core practical function is to establish a clear process for handling returned items, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding product returns.
