RETURN TO PREVIOUS POSITION. A teacher transferred involuntarily to a position within the two-year period (24 months) before the posting of the same position held just prior to the involuntary transfer will return to the same position (i.e. assignment, grade level) they held prior to the involuntary transfer if they elect to do so.
