Return of Information and Materials. Upon expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.1 or upon termination of this Agreement in its entirety by either Party pursuant to this Article 8, each Party, at the request of the other Party, shall return Biological Materials of such other Party and all data, files, records and other materials in its possession or control relating to such other Party's Technology, or containing or comprising such other Party's Information and Inventions or other Confidential Information (as defined in Article 6) and, in each case, to which the returning Party does not retain rights hereunder (except one copy of which (other than Biological Materials) may be retained solely for archival purposes).
