Return of First Data Information Sample Clauses

Return of First Data Information. Upon (i) the expiration of this Agreement, (ii) the termination of this Agreement for any reason (including termination for cause) or, (iii) with respect to any particular data, on such earlier date that the same shall be no longer required by RCSI in order to receive and use the Services hereunder, but subject in all cases to the provisions of Sections 7.3(c) and 21.7, such First Data Information (including copies thereof in the possession or under the control of RCSI, except as necessary to comply with regulatory requirements applicable to RCSI) shall be promptly returned to First Data by RCSI in a form reasonably requested by First Data or, if First Data so elects, shall be destroyed.
