The Executive agrees that whenever the Executive’s employment with the Company ends for any reason, all documents, including information stored in electronic format, containing or referring to the Company’s Confidential Materials and Information that may be in the Executive’s possession, or over which the Executive may have control, will be delivered by the Executive to the Company immediately, with no request being required.
