Common use of Return of Confidential Information and Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Confidential Information and Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, notwithstanding the reason or cause of termination, and at any other time upon written request by the Company, the Executive shall promptly return to the Company all originals, copies, or duplicates, in any form or format (whether paper, electronic, or other storage media), of the Confidential Information, as well as any and all equipment, and property of the Company Group (including, but not limited to, cell phones, credit cards, and laptop computers if they have been provided to the Executive). The Executive further agrees that after termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive shall not retain any copies, notes, or abstracts in any form or format (whether paper, electronic, or other storage media) of the Confidential Information. Any Confidential Information retained in violation of this Agreement remains subject to the restrictions herein, and such restrictions shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
