Return of Confidential Information and Company Property. Upon my termination of engagement with the Company, for any reason, or if the Company so requests, I shall promptly deliver to the Company all Confidential Information and Company Property, including Nasdaq Inventions in my possession or under my control, as well as all documents, disks, tapes, or other electronic, digital, or computer means of storage, and all copies of such information and property.
