Return Material Sample Clauses

The Return Material clause outlines the obligations and procedures for returning materials, documents, or property that have been provided by one party to another during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies when and how such materials must be returned, such as upon termination or completion of the contract, and may include requirements for the condition of the returned items or the timeframe for their return. Its core function is to ensure that proprietary or sensitive materials are properly accounted for and returned, thereby protecting the interests and property rights of the disclosing party.
