Return Goods. 15.1 Returns will be processed according to the Return Procedures defined by Client. 15.2 CORD will complete the processing of all returns and issue credits within 5 business days of receipt of the return. 15.3 CORD will use commercially reasonable efforts to process return goods as timely and accurately as possible.
