Common use of Return Company Property Clause in Contracts

Return Company Property. The Employee agrees that he will promptly, within two (2) business days, return to the Company, all the Company's or its affiliates' memoranda, notes, records, reports, manuals, drawings, designs, computer files in any media and other documents (including extracts and copies thereof) relating to the Company or its affiliates, and all other property of the Company.
