Common use of RETURN AND REPOSSESSION Clause in Contracts

RETURN AND REPOSSESSION. Lessor may cause Lessee, upon giving written notice to Lessee, to return promptly, and Lessee shall return promptly, all or any part of the Aircraft, Airframe, or Engines, and any of the Returnable Records, as Lessor shall so demand, to Lessor or its order in the manner and condition required by, and otherwise in accordance with, all the provisions of § 5, as if the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines, or Part, or the Returnable Records, were being returned at the end of the Term, or Lessor, at its option, may enter upon the premises where the Aircraft, the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part thereof, or any of the Returnable Records, is located and take immediate possession of and remove the same by summary proceedings or otherwise, all without liability accruing to Lessor for or by reason of such entry or taking of possession, whether for the restoration of damage to property caused by such taking or otherwise, and Lessee expressly waives any right it may have under applicable Law to a hearing prior to repossession of the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine, or any Part thereof, or any of the Returnable Records.
