RETURN AND REPOSSESSION. Lessor may cause Lessee, upon giving written notice to Lessee, to return promptly, and Lessee shall return promptly, the Airframe and Engines as Lessor may so demand, to Lessor or its order in the manner and condition required by, and otherwise in accordance with, all the provisions of Section 5 as if the Airframe or Engine were being returned at the end of the Base Lease Term or any Renewal Lease Term or Lessor, at its option, may enter upon the premises where the Airframe or any Engine, or any Part thereof, are located and take immediate possession of and remove the same by summary proceedings or otherwise, all without liability accruing to Lessor for or by reason of such entry or taking of possession, whether for the restoration of damage to property caused by such taking or otherwise.

Lessor may in writing demand the prompt return, and the Lessee hereby agrees that it shall return promptly, the Aircraft to the Lessor in the manner and condition required by, and otherwise in accordance with all the provisions of, Section 6 as if the Aircraft were being returned at the end of the Term, or the Lessor or the Lessor's agent, at its option, may, but shall be under no obligation to, enter upon the premises where all or any part of the Airframe or any Engine or Appliance is located and take immediate possession of and remove the same by summary proceedings or otherwise, all without liability accruing to the Lessor or the Lessor's agent for or by reason of such entry or taking of possession or removal whether for the restoration of damage to property caused by such action or otherwise.

RETURN AND REPOSSESSION. In the event of any return, reclamation or repossession of any Collateral, Debtor shall immediately notify Lender and remit to Lender the amount credited by Debtor to the account of the Customer to whom such goods had previously been sold or leased.

Lessor may cause Lessee, upon giving written notice to Lessee, to return promptly, and Lessee shall return promptly, the Airframe and Engines (including the Aircraft Documents) as Lessor may so demand, to Lessor or its order in the manner and condition required by, and otherwise in accordance with, all the provisions of Section 5 as if the Airframe or Engine were being returned at the end of the Term or Lessor, at its option, may enter upon the premises where the Airframe or any Engine, or any Part thereof, are located and peaceably take possession of and remove the same by summary proceedings or otherwise, all without liability accruing to Lessor for or by reason of such entry or taking of possession, and during the pendency of the Chapter 11 Case, Lessee expressly waives any right it may have to a hearing prior to the repossession of the Aircraft.
RETURN AND REPOSSESSION. Upon expiration, termination or other event requiring Lessee to return the Equipment, Lessee will return the Equipment in as good a condition as received, less normal wear and tear. Lessee shall arrange for, prepay and absorb the costs of returning the Equipment to the nearest facility/facilities of Hausxxx Xxx Sales, Inc. or to any reasonable place Lessor may designate. LESSXX XXXVES ANY RIGHTS LESSEE MAY HAVE TO PRIOR NOTICE OR OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD IN COURT REGARDING LESSXX'X XIGHT TO REPOSSESS THE EQUIPMENT FROM LESSEE, and in the event that Lessxx'x xepossession should for any reason prove wrongful as to Lessee, Lessxx'x xole remedy shall be the right to terminate the Lease as of the date of such wrongful repossession and/or to recover damages.
