RETURN AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA. Where applicable based on the Services, Conga will return and delete Personal Data in accordance with the Agreement. Customer is responsible for the correction, amendment, blocking or deleting of Personal Data within its control within the Services. Conga will provide reasonable assistance to Customer in the correcting, amendment, blocking or deleting of Personal Data in the Services.

Where applicable based on the Services, Conga will return and delete Personal Data in accordance with the Agreement, at the election of the Customer, within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the Agreement. However, at the conclusion of the Agreement, Conga will provide reasonable assistance to Customer in the correcting, amendment, blocking or deleting of Personal Data in the Services, where Customer is unable to execute such functions without assistance from Conga.
