Return Agreement. A teacher returning from child care leave shall be re-employed in a position for which the teacher was qualified prior to the leave provided the teacher returns on the date approved by the Board and maintains the licenses held prior to the leave.
Return Agreement. The granting of any sabbatical leave shall be contingent upon a signed contractual agreement between the College and the faculty member providing that the faculty member shall return to the College following completion of such leave and shall serve in a professional status for a period equal to the leave granted. Failure to comply with the provisions of the sabbatical leave agreement shall constitute an obligation of the faculty member to repay the College all remunerations received from the College during the leave.
Return Agreement. When leave is granted the teacher must agree to return for a period of at least three (3) years. If the teacher chooses not to return to the District, or
a. If the teacher does not return, the total amount of remuneration must be repaid to the District.
b. If the teacher returns for one year, only 2/3 of the remuneration must be repaid to the District.
c. If the teacher returns for only two years, 1/3 of the total remuneration must be paid to the District.
d. If the teacher returns for three years, no remuneration must be paid to the District.
Return Agreement. Should Buyer decide, at any time in the future, not to keep the Dog, for any reason, Buyer warrants and agrees to first contact Shadybry Labradors, in writing via e-mail and/or via telephone, with the first option to re-acquire the Dog from Buyer. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, Buyer agrees to NEVER abandon the Dog, including, but not limited to turning the Dog loose on the streets or to a local animal control and/or any other animal shelter, or give the Dog away to any third party, without prior approval of said third party from Seller. In any case and at any time, for any reason, any Dog purchased from Seller is welcome back to Seller’s kennel. This does not imply a financial commitment of any kind on the part of Seller.
Return Agreement. Teachers who receive such tuition reimbursement shall remain employed by the District for three (3) years after obtaining such licensure and if they do not they shall reimburse the District for the tuition paid by the District. The amount of all remuneration shall be repaid to the District as follows:
a. If the teacher does not return, the total amount of remuneration must be repaid.
b. If the teacher returns for one year, two-thirds (2/3) of the total remuneration must be repaid.
c. If the teacher returns for two years, one-third (1/3) of the total remuneration must be paid.
d. If the teacher returns for three years, no remuneration must be paid to the District.
