Retrospectivity Clause Samples
Retrospectivity. The Agreement applies to the performance of the Services regardless of whether the Agreement was in force at the time the Services were performed. The Company must exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence in providing the Services. The Company will provide the Services in a manner which, where it is within the Company's control, facilitates the timely completion of the Project.
Retrospectivity. The Subcontract will apply to the Supplier and HLL with respect to the performance, by either party, of any obligation in connection with the subject matter of the Subcontract prior to the execution of the Subcontract.
