RETROSPECTIVE PAYMENTS. A Retrospective Payment will be applied to all Orders placed in relation to this Agreement and to any Call-Off Contracts bi-annually of the Term. ANY RETROSPECTIVE PAYMENTS PAYABLE BY THE PROVIDER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE TO BE PAID TO LPP AS PER THE DETAILS IN CLAUSE 10 OF THE KEY PROVISIONS AND SCHEDULE 8.
