Retroactive Termination. AvMed will provide the Contractholder with notice of cancellation prior to the 45th day after the Premium due date. Such notice will be mailed to the Contractholder’s last address provided to AvMed, and may provide for retroactive cancellation back to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) of the date the Premium was due.
