Common use of RETROACTIVE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

RETROACTIVE CLAUSE. If an agreement is not reached by the end of the contract year(s), all employees will continue working under the terms and conditions of the contract in force until a successor Agreement is ratified. Upon ratification of the new Agreement, all terms and conditions are retroactive to July 1 of the new contract year.
