Retest Policy Clause Samples
A Retest Policy clause outlines the procedures and conditions under which a party may request or require a repeat of a previously conducted test or assessment. Typically, this clause specifies the circumstances that justify a retest, such as initial test failure, equipment malfunction, or disputed results, and may set limits on the number of retests allowed or the timeframe in which they must occur. Its core function is to ensure fairness and accuracy in testing processes by providing a clear mechanism for addressing potential errors or inconsistencies in initial test outcomes.
Retest Policy. Retests performed at Client’s request may be charged to Client if the retest confirms the original result. If the retest results are significantly different from the original result, (outside of the reported and accepted tolerances) or are incurred from lab error, Client will not be charged for the retest.
Retest Policy. CATC System Administrators are required to enforce the Certiport’s retest policy: Certiport provides many exams that require different retest policies. These policies must be adhered to and enforced by the CATC, and can be found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ by selecting “Exam Policies” under the “Test Candidates” menu item and then selecting the link for “Exam Retake Policy”. Examinees participating in Exam beta-testing may take each beta-exam only once unless otherwise authorized by program administrators.
Retest Policy. If any skill exercise failed, the student must successfully pass 2 exercises for each failed exercise. If the student fails any 2 for 1 re-test, they have failed the initial welding test and must re-take the entire test as governed by the 30 Day Retest Policy (see below). Retest Policy - continued 30 Day Retest Policy At the 30-day retest, the same standard applies as on the original test. All welding skill exercises must be retaken and receive a passing grade. Any failed exercise is subject to the 2 for 1 retest policy. Students have just one opportunity to pass a 2 for 1 retest at this juncture. Failure to receive a passing grade will be cause for removal from the classification.
