Retention Rating Group Makeup. Management will assign the retention rating by Job 12 Classification for each employee to who this Article applies, with the basic objective of identifying 13 those employees who in the opinion of Management, are best able to maintain or improve the 14 efficiency of the Company, further its progress and success and contribute to the successful 15 accomplishment of the Company’s current and future business. Each retention group will consist of 16 all the employees in the appropriate identified Job Classification. Exempt and non-exempt 17 employees will not be in the same retention group. 18
