Common use of Retention of Rights Clause in Contracts

Retention of Rights. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit WOW!’s rights and remedies available at law or in equity. WOW! and its suppliers reserve the right both during the term of this Agreement and upon its termination to delete your voicemail, call detail, data, files, or other Customer information that is stored on WOW!’s or its suppliers’ servers or systems, in accordance with our storage policies. You understand and acknowledge that we shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of the loss or removal of any such voicemail, call detail, data, files, or other Customer information.
