Common use of Retention of Claims Administrator and Manner of Giving Notice Clause in Contracts

Retention of Claims Administrator and Manner of Giving Notice. Lead Counsel are hereby authorized to retain Epiq Class Action & Mass Tort Solutions, Inc.
