Retention Multiple. The Retention Multiple is applied to the Company’s Reimbursement Premium to determine the Company’s Retention. The Retention Multiple for the 2015/2016 Contract Year shall be equal to $4.5 billion, adjusted based upon the reported exposure for the 2013/2014 Contract Year to reflect the percentage growth in exposure to the FHCF since 2004, divided by the estimated total industry Reimbursement Premium at the 90% reimbursement percentage level for the Contract Year as determined by the SBA.
