Common use of Retailer to indemnify Distributor Clause in Contracts

Retailer to indemnify Distributor. Subject to clause 26, the Retailer indemnifies the Distributor against any direct loss or damage incurred by the Distributor as a result of the Retailer’s failure to meet its obligations in accordance with clause 27.1 and 27.2.
