Common use of Retail Services Clause in Contracts

Retail Services. No more than 10% of the linear footage of street- facing façade of retail uses on Mill Street in Planning Area 1 shall be occupied by retail services as defined in SMC Section 17.10.020(MMM) operated as professional service offices. Any request to amend this section to increase the percentage of the linear footage of street-facing faced of retail services on Mill Street to be used as professional service offices shall be processed as a request for a major amendment subject to Section 11.2 of this Agreement.
