Major Retail Changes Sample Clauses

Major Retail Changes. The Bank may not make any Major Retail Change without the prior written approval of LM, which LM shall not unreasonably delay or withhold. LM may in its complete discretion decline to approve a proposed Major Retail Change in respect of which LM has previously provided its approval within the 24 months preceding the date of receipt from the Bank of the notice of such proposed Major Retail Change.
