Common use of Retail Orders Clause in Contracts

Retail Orders. On the Closing Date, Seller shall turn over or assign by proper and appropriate instruments to Purchaser all unfulfilled retail orders and customer deposits attributable thereto, held by Seller as of the Closing Date. Purchaser shall assume such retail orders and responsibility to the customer for making future delivery of any vehicle covered by the orders.
