Common use of Resumption Clause in Contracts

Resumption. The Council may terminate this lease by giving at least six (6) months’ written notice to the Lessee if the Council receives notice of resumption or acquisition of the Premises or the Building or the Park Lands (or any part of the Building or the Park Lands affecting the Premises) from or by any Statutory Authority governmental or semi- governmental body.
