Common use of Resumption Clause in Contracts

Resumption. The Council may terminate this lease by giving at least six (6) months’ written notice to the Lessee if the Council receives notice of resumption or acquisition of the Premises or the Building or the Park Lands (or any part of the Building or the Park Lands affecting the Premises) from or by any Statutory Authority governmental or semi- governmental body.

Resumption. 19.1 The Council may terminate this lease by giving at least six three (63) months’ written notice to the Lessee if the Council receives notice of resumption or acquisition of the Premises or the Building or the Park Lands Land (or any part of the Building or the Park Lands Land affecting the Premises) from or by any Statutory Authority governmental or semi- semi-governmental body. 19.2 Termination of this lease under this clause releases each party from further liability under this lease, but does not affect a party’s rights or liabilities for a prior breach.

Resumption. 22.6.1 The Council may terminate this lease by giving at least six (6) three months’ written notice to the Lessee if the Council receives notice of resumption or acquisition of the Premises or any part of them from or by any Staturtory Authority governmental or semi-governmental body. 22.6.2 The Council may terminate this lease immediately by giving written notice to the Building or Lessee if: 22.6.2.1 the Park Lands (Leased Area or any part of it is withdrawn from the Building or the Park Lands affecting the Premises) from or by any Statutory Authority governmental or semi- governmental body.Council’s care control and management; or
