Common use of Restructuring Documents Clause in Contracts

Restructuring Documents. (a) LTD shall execute, for and on behalf of itself and the Deed Company Creditors pursuant to the power of attorney set out in Clause 7.2 (Appointment of LTD as Attorney) if applicable, the Restructuring Documents to which it is a party, at the time specified in the Restructuring Implementation Deed.
