The Restroom Breaks clause establishes the right of individuals to take breaks for restroom use during the course of an activity, employment, or event. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency, duration, and any procedures for notifying supervisors or coordinators when a restroom break is needed. By clearly defining expectations and allowances for restroom use, the clause ensures comfort and dignity for participants while minimizing disruptions and misunderstandings.
Restroom Breaks. Considerations will be made in bus routing to provide access to a restroom as close to the middle of the shift, if the shift is more than two and one-half (2 ½) hours without a layover. A bus driver shall not leave student(s) unattended.
