Restrictions on Use or Disclosure. Covered Entity shall only disclose PHI to Business Associate or to others, pursuant to this BAA, in a manner and to an extent permitted by HIPAA. Covered Entity shall provide Business Associate with any changes in, or revocation of, permission by individuals to use and/or disclose PHI, to the extent such changes or revocations may affect Business Associate's permitted or required uses and/or disclosures of PHI.
