Restrictions on Use of Adviser’s Name. The Sub-Adviser shall not use the name of the Trust, the Fund, the Adviser, “Blackstone Alternative Asset Management L.P.” or “Blackstone” (or any combination or derivation thereof) in any material relating to the Sub-Adviser in any manner not approved prior thereto in writing by the Adviser, except (i) with respect to the identification of the Fund as required by applicable law (including the disclosure of the sub-advisory relationship to the Securities and Exchange Commission on the Sub-Adviser’s Form ADV or to any other governmental or self-regulatory agency as required); and (ii) for inclusions of such entities in lists of the Sub-Adviser’s clients).
