Common use of Restrictions on Disposition Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on Disposition. Without in any way limiting the representations set forth in Section 3 above, the Investor further agrees not to make any disposition of all or any portion of the Securities unless and until the transferee has agreed in writing for the benefit of the Company to be bound by this Section 4, and in addition thereto, one of the following conditions is satisfied:

Without in any way limiting the representations set forth in Section 3 above, the each Investor further agrees not to make any disposition of all or any portion of the Securities unless and until the transferee has agreed in writing for the benefit of the Company to be bound by this Section 44 and such Investor receives the prior written consent of the Company, and in addition thereto, one of the following conditions is satisfied:

Without in any way limiting the representations set forth in Section 3 3.5 above, the each Investor further agrees not to make any disposition of all or any portion of the Securities unless and until the transferee has agreed in writing for the benefit of the Company to be bound by this Section 43.6, and in addition thereto, one of the following conditions is satisfied:

Without Subject in all events to the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof and Section 4.1 of each Note, without in any way limiting the representations set forth in Section 3 abovehereof, the each Investor further agrees not to make any disposition of all or any portion of the Securities unless and until the transferee has agreed in writing for the benefit of the Company to be bound by this Section 4, and in addition thereto, one of the following conditions is satisfied:
