Common use of Restriction on Construction Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Construction. Where this Covenant restricts the construction on land, the Owner agrees that it shall not apply for any building permit for that restricted construction and that it is not entitled to issuance of a building permit for that restricted construction, nor any development permit or associated permission.
