Restriction Clause. The Supplier shall not interfere with a Customer or prospective Customer who is in the process of buying from or involved in negotiations with the Purchaser for the supply of Goods or Services or similar goods or services. The Supplier shall forthwith inform the Purchaser in writing when a Customer requests a quotation directly from the Supplier.
