Restricted Units. Because all of the units in the Project are required to be Restricted Units pursuant to Section 4(a) hereof, any Available Unit not required to be rented to an Existing Tenant must be rented to or held vacant for a Very Low-Income or Low-Income Tenant, as applicable.
