Common use of Restricted Services Clause in Contracts

Restricted Services. (a) ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall post on its website from time to time information regarding jurisdictions for which it supports custody services; ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of Financial Assets or cash in jurisdictions other than those on the list. (c) In the event a Subcustodian exits the market in which ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ previously appointed it to provide custodial services, or is unable to continue to provide custodial services to ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ satisfaction, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may (i) remove such Subcustodian from the ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ network in accordance with Section 5.1(d), and/or (ii) cease to provide custodial services in such market.
