The 'EarthLink Services' clause defines the scope and nature of the services provided by EarthLink under the agreement. EarthLink Services. For so long as EarthLink or a Subsidiary of EarthLink owns a share of Class B Common Stock, the Operating Company and its Subsidiaries shall not provide the following Restricted Services that the parties deem to compete with and overlap the products and services provided by EarthLink and its Affiliates:
(a) Broadband internet access, including cable, DSL, PC-based satellite and fixed wireless; (b) Dial-up internet access; (c) Web hosting services; (d) VOIP or VoWiFi services over broadband; (e) PC-based wireless Wide Area Network or Local Area Network internet access services (e.g. home networking) and (f) Internet portal service for Third Parties that are not customers of the Operating Company or a Subsidiary thereof, except as needed for customer acquisition services and maintenance purposes.
