Common use of Restricted Services Clause in Contracts

Restricted Services. (a) J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall post on its website from time to time information regarding jurisdictions for which it supports custody services; J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of Financial Assets or cash in jurisdictions other than those on the list. (c) In the event a Subcustodian exits the market in which J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ previously appointed it to provide custodial services, or is unable to continue to provide custodial services to J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ satisfaction, J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may (i) remove such Subcustodian from the J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ network in accordance with Section 5.1(d), and/or (ii) cease to provide custodial services in such market.
