Restricted Duties. Employee agrees not to disclose, or use for the benefit of the Company, any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any predecessor employer(s) that otherwise has not been made public and further acknowledges that the Company has specifically instructed him not to disclose or use such confidential or proprietary information. Based on his understanding of the anticipated duties and responsibilities hereunder, Employee acknowledges that such duties and responsibilities will not compel the disclosure or use of any such confidential and proprietary information.

Restricted Duties. Executive agrees not to disclose, or use for the benefit of the Company, any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any predecessor employer(s) that otherwise has not been made public and further acknowledges that the Company has specifically instructed Executive not to disclose or use such confidential or proprietary information. Based on Executive’s understanding of the anticipated duties and responsibilities hereunder, Executive acknowledges that such duties and responsibilities will not compel the disclosure or use of any such confidential and proprietary information.
Restricted Duties. Where possible the Employer will endeavour to assist an Employee who is on restricted duties to overtime that is within their capability in accordance with any medical or other restriction. The Employer will consider any request but only upon receiving a request in writing and if required by the Employer provide a medical certificate from their treating doctor to certify the Employee's abilities.
Restricted Duties. Paraprofessionals shall not be responsible for developing written lesson plans nor shall they be responsible for introducing new material to students in lieu of a certified staff member. Paraprofessionals may be directed to follow lesson plans written by a certified staff member for the purpose of reinforcing concepts previously introduced by the certified staff member. Paraprofessionals shall not be used as substitute teachers. Paraprofessionals shall not be left unsupervised by a certified staff member to perform instructional duties. Paraprofessionals may be left unsupervised by a certified staff member in non-instructional settings; this may be done only for relatively short periods (10 minutes or less) and not for the purpose of releasing the teacher from duty. Paraprofessionals shall not be assigned office work. Paraprofessionals shall not be used in place of a daily substitute secretary. Paraprofessionals who are interested in performing crossing guard duty, should there be a District need for such, shall submit an application to Human Resources. Pay for crossing guard duty shall be determined through mutual discussions between the District Chief Financial Officer and the Union President, if the need for crossing guard duty arises. Paraprofessionals shall not perform crossing guard duty unless trained to do so.
Restricted Duties. The provisions of this Agreement, to the extent that they restrict the duties and liabilities of an Indemnified Party otherwise existing at law or in equity, are agreed by the Parties hereto to replace such other duties and liabilities of such Indemnified Party, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Extra Duties The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.

  • Employee Duties The Employee agrees that they will act in accordance with this Agreement and with the best interests of the Employer in mind, which may or may not require them to present the best of their skills, experience, and talents, to perform all the duties required of the position.   • General Duties It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Sale and Servicing Agreement and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Holder, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Owner Trustee shall be deemed to have discharged its duties and responsibilities hereunder and under the Basic Documents to the extent the Servicer has agreed in the Sale and Servicing Agreement to perform any act or to discharge any duty of the Trust or the Owner Trustee hereunder or under any Basic Document, and the Owner Trustee shall not be liable for the default or failure of the Servicer to carry out its obligations under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Public Duties 7.11.1 An employer will grant a leave of absence without pay to an employee to engage in election campaign activities in a municipal, provincial or federal election to a maximum of ninety (90) days. Such leaves will not be unreasonably denied.
