Common use of Restricted Distributions Clause in Contracts

Restricted Distributions. No Borrower will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, declare, order, pay, make or set apart any sum for any Restricted Distribution, except for Permitted Distributions.

Restricted Distributions. No Borrower Obligor will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, declare, order, pay, make or set apart any sum for any Restricted Distribution, except except, provided there exists no Default or Event of Default, for Permitted Distributions.
