Common use of Restricted Countries Clause in Contracts

Restricted Countries. The countries (if any) listed in Appendix B (as amended from time to time in accordance with Sub- clause 2.2 below) in which the Licensee is permitted to use the Trademarks pursuant to the conditions set forth on said Appendix.

Restricted Countries. The countries (if any) listed in Appendix B (as amended from time to time in accordance with Sub- clause 2.2 below) in which the Licensee or Affiliate Licensee is permitted to use the Trademarks pursuant to the conditions set forth on said Appendix.
