Restoration Work. Whether or not this Agreement is terminated. Lessee shall perform certain construction work at Lessee’s expense (‘the Restoration Work”). If this Agreement Page 26 of 40 14056785-V2 Scottsdale No. 2016-014-COS is terminated, the Restoration Work shall be all engineering, design and construction work necessary to demolish, clear and clean the Premises to the extent and as directed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. If this Agreement is not terminated, then the Restoration Work shall be all engineering, design and construction work necessary to restore the Premises to the condition existing prior to the damage.
