Restoration Process Sample Clauses
The Restoration Process clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for repairing or restoring property or premises after damage or destruction. Typically, it specifies the timeline for initiating repairs, the standards to which restoration must be completed, and which party is responsible for overseeing and funding the work. For example, in a commercial lease, the landlord may be required to restore the premises to a usable condition after a fire or other casualty event. This clause ensures that there is a clear, agreed-upon process for returning the property to its original or agreed condition, thereby minimizing disputes and downtime following damage.
